It is a strong adventure through Golfo Dulce, takes around 10 hours, in this trip exists the possibility to see dolphins, marine turtles, birds, schools of tunas and much more.

The route is the following: 

Leave from las Gaviotas beach in Puerto Jimenez, towards beach San Josecito beach where Casa Orquídeas Botanical Garden is located, the route by kayak takes approximately 4 hours, (each way) crossing the Golfo Dulce. When we arrive to Casa Orquídeas, we rest about 15 minutes and we eat fruit and sandwiches, before to initiate the tour in the garden.

We walk all the way into the botanical garden for one and a half hours, here we will find orchids, parasites, epiphytes, curing plants, aromatic plants and big variety of plants from the tropical rain forest. Before we get back we rest for fifteen minutes to have some hydrates drinks and then is time to go back to Puerto Jimenez.

Tour includes, bilingual guided, entrance fee to the garden and luch box. 

Is for a minimum of two people. 

We recommend  to take water, sun bloc, repellent , hat or cap, light clothes and sandals.   

The price of the tour is  $70 per person.
