LOCATION

For your convenience we offer you our office just two minutes from the Juan Santamaría International Airport, at Río Segundo de Alajuela thru the Hampton Inn Hotel Boulevard.

MAIN OFFICE, Alajuela
7:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Sunday

DEPOSIT AND DEDUCIBLE
The deductible deposit must cover an amount of US $ 1.500,00 to be paid or deposit by the client. Clients will be responsible to pay directly the daily insurance that covers collision, damage, waiver, theft and liability or damages to third parties or properties (last item the client will cover 20% of the damage). Plus a maximum of US $ 1.500,00 as mandatory deductible deposit for your vehicle.

INSURANCE POLICIES
Clients that have gold credit cards, American Express, Gold Platinum, Visa or Master Card could decline their car insurance. For additional information fill out the reservation sheet.

Cancellations received more than 7 days, no charge. No shows will be charged.

LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

We do not charge any taxes.
Minimum age 21 years old. Valid license and passport identification.
A deposit of $ 1000 is required at time of rental payable by credit card. All drivers must be included in the original rental agreement in order for the insurance coverage to be effective.
